Local Delivery (Singapore)

• We offer FREE islandwide delivery within Singapore for all bag purchases.

• A $20 delivery fee applies to accessories such as charms, straps, or earrings.

• Customers may also opt for self-collection at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

International Shipping

• We provide international shipping for both bags and accessories.

• Shipping rates:

  • Bags: $200 SGD, includes full tracking.

  • Accessories: $100 SGD.

• Delivery times vary based on your location. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Order Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order. Please be certain before confirming your purchase.

• Inluxgence reserves the right to cancel orders in the event an item is out of stock or if there is an error related to the item’s condition, inclusions, or price. In such cases, we will notify you and arrange for a refund.

Return Policy

• In-Store Purchases: Returns are strictly not accepted, unless the item is found to be not authentic.

• Online Purchases:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is not authentic or not as described.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition, including original packaging and accessories, to qualify for a refund.

  • No refunds will be granted if the item has been used prior to return.
